Not babies anymore

School started today in SWTX.  For a number of people that's not really such a big deal... Well for this house it was!  Today my smallest "baby" started kindergarten and my biggest "baby" became a 4th grader. My brain just does not seem to be processing this information.  While I did not shed any tears, I have this really weird feeling of void.  I took the day off work today and got to hang out with my best gal pal, so my mind was pretty preoccupied.  Sitting here now though, I'm really trying to figure out where all the time has gone.  I'm proud of my babies and I know they're both gonna rock this school year!
